Purchasing a Property

We can assist with reviewing the Section 32 Statement and Contract of Sale for the property you intend to purchase. We charge a small fee to do this and can generally provide you with a review within 24 hours. We strongly suggest a review is undertaken on any property you are purchasing just to make you aware of what you are entering into and more so details about the property you are purchasing especially if there are any restrictions.

Selling - Section 32 Statements

A Section 32 Statement is a document required if you wish to sell a property in Victoria as it must accompany the Contract of Sale. We can assist you with the preparation of this document ensuring it is legal and valid.

Selling - Contract of Sale for a Private Sale

We can assist you with the preparation of this document to ensure the Contract is legally binding and in your best interest. Whilst your Real Estate Agent can also prepare this document we strongly suggest that you engage our office to prepare this as we have several Special Conditions that are in your benefit and we can commit that our version has the most up to date regulations that are required to ensure the Contract is legally binding.

Selling - Auction Contracts

Related Parties Transfer 

We carryout out these types of transactions on a weekly basis and can assist you with changing the ownership of the property when the parties are related. An example of this is transferring a property from husband and wife to just husband whether it be for financial reasons or a breakdown of relationship.
